At Oldsmar Neighborhood Association, we believe in the power of local communities to drive positive change from the ground up.

We are committed to creating a positive impact in our communities by nurturing programs that align with our mission of empowering individuals and communities to reach their full potential. By providing a supportive umbrella for these programs, we aim to amplify their impact and drive lasting, positive change in our community. Whether it's through education and skill-building initiatives, mentorship programs, or community service projects, we work closely with community members.

Our organization is not politically affiliated and our work is focused solely on supporting community-driven initiatives.

Please join us in our mission to build a stronger, more resilient community in the Upper Tampa Bay area.

Do you want to be part of Oldsmar's future when it comes to development?

Planning what type of uses are permitted and how they are built creates the physical landscape of a community.

Give your input at a studio/charette visualization workshop hosted by members of the Project Consultant Team and City staff to discuss two important land use categories, and how they may be included in future development efforts.

The categories are:

  • Pinellas County's Planned Redevelopment District (PRD)

  • Pinellas County's Multimodal Corridor (MMC)

Visualization will include Urban Design techniques and Form-Based Code regulations. -

No registration is required to participate.

Working in partnership with the Upper Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce we had the privilege of donating two checks worth a total of $1106.90 to the Kids Pedal Power Program.

The first check was for $473.33.

The second check was for $633.67.

There is more to come!

As we help UTBCC members file and collect ARPA-2021 Employee Retention Credit dollars we are also able to generate money for the Kids Pedal Power Program because of the generous donations Emerge 180 and TAG Design Agency contribute back to the community of Oldsmar.

Thank you Doug Bevis, Vince Albanese, and Jonathan Field for making this possible.
